Fees for endodontic therapy will vary based upon the particular tooth in need of treatment and the problem that tooth is having. We are a participating network PPO provider for a few insurance carriers, in addition, we also participate with a limited number of HMO (DMO) carriers.
We require insurance information be obtained at the time the appointment is made in order to estimate the patients portion due at the time of treatment. Keep in mind that while dental insurance may cover part or all of the cost for treatment, some policies limit coverage. Most HMO (DMO) policies will have a co/payment and a referral is generally needed from the referring dentist. It is the patients responsibility to bring the correct referral forms to our office.
